Day 328

The original Chocolate Ball - Chocolate Soldier Balls ;)

Thoughts: Balls and balls and balls!

This blog is a day late as I have been at the farmers markets this weekend with my chocolate ball partner Michael Judge, and when we haven't actually been at the farmers markets we have been making lots of balls and chocolates and juices for people at the farmers markets!

Food created with only foods naturally provided by the earth, aka The Earth Diet is now available to Long Island in New York at Amityville & Islip on Saturdays, and Huntington and Rockville on Sundays!

Chocolate balls were a first seller as well as chocolate peanut butter cups and almond butter pie! We did Chocolate Coconut Balls, Almond Dusted Almond Butter Balls, Peanut Butter Balls, Almond & Vanilla Bean Balls, Coconut Almond Butter Balls and Almond Soldier Balls.

We had a lot of curious people as to how we make real chocolate without sugar and dairy and one lady even asked 'Well what's left in it?'. We create them from scratch with,
1 - cacao beans, ground into cacao powder,
2 - blended whole nuts into a fine texture and sometimes crunchier texture other times,
3 - Spring Water, I wouldn't eat them made with tap water so don't expect you to either! and
4 - Agave, a sweet syrup from a cactus.
5 - we add what ever kind of ball they are with peanut butter, almond butter, mint (from our garden!), coconut etcetera.

We met all kinds of people some with celiacs disease, gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, vegan, raw, chocolate and sugar lovers, and diabetics, who were so joyed to be able to enjoy chocolate that is sugar, preservative, chemical, dairy, soy, artificial anything free! We met a beautiful 15 year old who had a Peanut Butter Balls and smiled wide and explained how she was just diagnosed lactose intolerant and said she hasn't eaten chocolate for months! What a blessing in disguise to have to create a sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, clean lifestyle at such a young age!

The Earth has so many beautiful, delightful, tasty whole ingredients that it naturally provides. And you know what tonight I decided to create a list of EVERYTHING that nature provides!

V cool.

We are also doing deliveries, parties and catering now! For now just in New York, and the goal is to extend worldwide! Will keep you posted :)

Quotes: It only sucks when we say it sucks. -Me remembering to be aware of the automatic labeling, judging and attachment function I come with. And to choose thoughts carefully, and words even more carefully.
